6 Daily Habits for Back Pain Relief

The American Chiropractic Association says back pain causes more cases of disability. Once the pain hits, you won’t be able to do anything. The good news is you can do something to enjoy increased relief. First, you have to develop the following habits.

1) Sleeping with a pillow under the knees

2) Working your core
